At LOBO Systems your privacy is of the utmost importance to us, and as such we operate the following policy. We keep your data completely secure in the Microsoft assure system and we do not share your personal data with 3rd parties, and only use it under lawful basis for the process of personal data. You can contact us at any point to remove or restrict the processing of your personal data.

Data we collect
We collect contact names for individuals in companies that could benefit from our access platform system, this includes email addresses, department, and contact numbers. Where ever possible permission will be sought for continued contact.

How we use your data
We use your data to make telephone calls to you to discuss our access platform system, from time to time we may send you emails, but only with your permission.

By opting in to our email marketing, you are agreeing to be contacted via email with regard to products and services relevant to your enquiry. You may opt out of email and telemarketing, at any time, by responding to any email received from LOBO, with REMOVE in the subject line or by informing us by telephone.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies
